Star Trails with Faint Aurora, over Pog Lake, Algonquin
142 exposures of 30 seconds (for a total exposure of 70 minutes), stacked using StarStaX (www.markus-enzweiler.de/software/software.html) to reduce gaps in the star trails.
When setting up the shot, I thought that the faint light to the north was some sort of city light, but upon looking at the individual frames and seeing the light change from pink to green as it danced around the area, it become clear that I was looking instead at some faint aurora.
